The NEFF Annual Conference will be held on Wednesday 9th June 2010 @ Centre for Life, Conference and Banqueting, Times Square, Newcastle upon Tyne. NE1 4EP

Change of delegate name

There is no charge for changing the name of the delegate. Please contact us in writing by fax on 0191 2849117 or email northeast.fraudforum@btinternet.com In your correspondence please include the new delegates, name, job title and contact details. If there is to be a last minute substitute they should bring a business card to the registration desk and this can then be used as a badge.

Cancellation

A set administrative fee of 50% of the total fee will be charged to all cancellations made up to 14 days of the event date. No refund after this date, and event documentation will be automatically sent to the delegate. All changes and cancellations to be sent to the North East Fraud Forum either in writing or by email.

Programme changes

The North East Fraud Forum Ltd reserves the right to alter the programme, speakers or venue at any time without prior notice. In such cases liability will be restricted to a refund of any registration fee paid.

Liability

The North East Fraud Forum Ltd does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed at its events. Delegates should take specific advice when dealing with specific situations. The views expressed by all speakers at this and other NEFF events are their own and do not reflect the views of the North East Fraud Forum Ltd.

Dress code

There is no official dress code for our events, though the majority of attendees wear business suits as they would on a normal day at work.
