The North East Fraud Forum is proud to be associated with one of the most prestigious football clubs in the country and utilises their expert staff and excellent banqueting/conference facilities to host its conferences, masterclasses, training modules and seminars.
HOW TO GET HERE.
St. James is located in the heart of the City of Newcastle. As well as offering easy access by road, rail or air travel from any part of the country, St. James' is close to all the best hotels, shops and amenities.
From the North Exit A1 onto A167 Ponteland Road heading toward the City Centre. At the fourth roundabout after approximatley 1&1/2 miles, turn right onto Grandstand Road and then left onto the A189 Ponteland Road. Keep on this road which becomes Barrack road until the traffic lights. The ground is on the left.
From the South From the A1(M), the motorway divides two miles after junction 65, keep left and continue on the A1 until the junction with the A184. Turn into the A184 and continue along this road, bearing left onto the A189. Continue over the River Tyne on the Redheugh Bridge, go straight through five sets of traffic lights until you reach a roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout into Gallowgate. The ground is directly ahead of you.
By Rail Newcastle Central Railway Station is 1/2 a mile from the Ground. The Metro runs every 3-4 minutes from Newcastle Central to St. James' Park, changing at the Monument. The taxi rank is in front of the main entrance of the station.
PARKING INFORMATION.
We are pleased to offer free, on site car-parking for any guests using our conference and banqueting facilities.
The car parking areas are best accessed from Barrack Road. At the traffic lights, turn into the ground and drive straight forward, passing the yellow attendant's box on the right and the low-level two-storey car park on the left. You will see a sign for 'Conference and Banqueting Car Parking'. Follow the arrow down the road, as it curves to the left and it will lead you into a multi-storey car park. Guests are free to park on levels one and two. Levels three and above are not owned by ourselves so parking there is not permitted. Should the unlikely event occur, of levels one and two of the multi-storey being full, guests are asked to use low-level two-storey car park. The cost there is 30p per hour 8am-10pm
Please note all other parking spaces in the ground, other than those mentioned above on levels 1 and 2 of the multi-storey, are owned by the City Council and you do require either a permit or a ticket to park there.
Should guests require disabled parking, the City Council bays are available on the outskirts of the multi-storey, on the ground level. However, it is possible for us to make other arrangements for disabled guests, given prior notice.
