Skills Office Network are inviting Learning & Development and HR professionals to attend a round table event to share views and best practice on the Apprentice Levy.
Sarah Larsen, Head of Learning & Development at Utilitywise will be sharing how Utilitywise navigated their way through the Levy and how they managed their funds effectively to get the impact driven training they needed.
As a group we’ll be exploring issues and challenges around the system and how you get to your final destination. We hope you’ll be able to take away some valuable insights to apply within your own organisation and make some valuable regional contacts.
At the event we’ll be sharing best practice as well as the benefits including:
- How it can make staff feel more valued.
- How it can help to increase staff retention.
- How a good strategy can add value across multiple departments.
- How to effectively manage your DAS accounts and the use of funds.
Due to the nature of this event we are limited to 20 spaces so please book your space quickly to avoid disappointment.
We look forward to seeing you on Thursday 15th November.
